Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play Lemonade Tycoon ("the game") at lemonadetycoon.pandagames.io or on any platform where we publish it. The game is operated by Pandasoft Ltd ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to these terms.

Playing the game

The game is free to play. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't try to cheat, hack, overload or disrupt the game, its servers or other players' experience, and don't use bots or automated tools.

Your account and progress

Your progress is saved in your browser and, if you sign in, on our servers. Coins, gems, skins and other in-game items have no real-money value and can't be exchanged or transferred. We may reset or adjust progress that was gained by cheating or because of a bug.

Names and behaviour

Display names appear on leaderboards. Don't use names that are offensive, impersonate someone else or contain personal information. We may change or remove names and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ads

The game shows optional rewarded video ads from third-party partners. Their content is provided by those partners.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, so features, balance and content may change. We try to keep the game running all the time, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
